By way of a thorough analysis of the client goals, relevant target and services proposed, we have defined an appropriate information hierarchy, aimed to strengthen the selling strategy and structured on 3 pillars: product presentation, product simulation and financial education.
Private area & database building
Lead generation and management was one of the main client needs. We met this request by designing a private area directly interfaced with the bank CRM system and by introducing a logic of «premium content», accessible to registered users only, as a lead generator.
Social login & conversion rate
In order to boost conversion rate we have introduced the social login flow and we have paid a careful attention in user experience by designing a light and smooth registration.
Despite its limited dimensions Yellow Advice is a highly technological website, able to interface and integrate with the bank systems and other external services, such as:
- Internet Services exposition and a dialogue with the bank CRM
- Real time content import from external editorial provider
- Integration of finance simulation tools originally existing in the bank Home Banking platform
- Management and integration of 4 different social login applications.

With Yellow Advice CheBanca! has started a process of rethinking of its digital image by reducing the human touch component in favor of a more flat graphic style, ideal for mobile digital devices.
